Our waitress was very new to her job, so she didn't know/understand about what we were asking when we asked how the steak would be done. The locals were probably on leave for the new year holidays so the restaurant was shortstaffed and the very friendly nepalese chef had to double as a wait staff. But having a chef serving us meant that service and understanding of the food was amazing. Quality of the meat was amazing, loved the sirloin cut so much, with how well the fats melted in the mouth.
